Very dynamic company with forward-thinking leadership. Benefits are some of the best in the industry by far. Still has a very personal feeling of being a valued member of the team. The culture and values are better than any company I have ever worked for. After almost one year at Donan I am just as excited about the opportunities as I was on the first day. I came from a long career in public service and am so glad I decided to join the team.
Cons
Having a nationwide workforce makes it a challenge to communicate. I can tell that it is the TOP priority for those remote employees to feel connected and keep communication flowing both directions. I have never been part of a company that has worked so hard to make sure everyone feels part of the business family, regardless of their location.
