Pros

It's difficult to be fired unless you work in microbiology. Nice place to work at if you keep your head down, are looking for a little experience, and aren't very ambitious. Lots of people quit so you could get lucky and be in the right place at right time for promotion. There is always food up front in the coffee room.

Cons

The company is run like a high school clique. Multiple managers have been caught drinking on the job. Upper management is deceitful to parent company to get lavish trips and bonuses, but they won't reward hardworking individuals below them. You will not be promoted unless you go to the bar with and sleep with your supervisor/manager/director or know them previously. Lots of employees have left and piggybacked to other companies. If you work in one of the labs you will not be taken seriously if you apply to another position you are qualified for. You will also work many hours overtime without pay if you're salary.

Pros

Management has been disappointing, as minor issues are often escalated unnecessarily. Additionally, there are ongoing concerns about how Suzell treats others, as the behavior has been consistently unprofessional and has not been addressed.

Cons

Good benefits like 401k and insurance.
