The benefits package is great. They provide 1500 dollars in life insurance I believe after a year. The Christmas party was fun. The bonuses depend upon how many hours you worked for the year if they give you a bonus that year which in recent years they have. I enjoy working for this company. However...
Cons
When it comes to upper management it appears to me that they are very clicky they look down upon their direct support staff. The way I see it is I don't feel like they would have a job if it wasn't for the direct support staff because they're not in there doing our jobs we are. I'm sure it's easy to forget the little guy when you're on top. Lead by example by putting the individuals that we serve first, show us, remind us that they come first. They are the true source of all of our incomes.
