      Pros

      The company culture is inclusive, fun, social and hard working. You're valued as an important part of the team and have the freedom to express your opinions and come forward with ideas or innovative ways to deliver results. Hard work and professional achievements of various kinds are actively recognised and usually rewarded.

      Cons

      Brand awareness isn't great beyond people who already know DWS in some way or another. As there is no dedicated Marketing team, work to resolve this is a bit slow going. But it is going!

      Thank you for the 4-star review, however it would seem you have the wrong company. DWS is an Australian IT consultancy, do not have a 'Director of Finance' role, and have no staff in the USA.
