The coolaid reeks of a direct selling pyramid, which is exactly what this is. As the company grows, management will get grandfathered into stingier compensation contracts. Benefits are garbage for sales reps (they JUST managed to integrate an HSA after almost a decade in business). If you are doing your job thoroughly and well, work life balance is tough to achieve. Beware of Season-- December and January are brutal, and they will try to tell you when hired that "oh it's no big deal, we double up on marketing so you'll get plenty of leads." As mentioned above, the money is quick to start- but difficult to maintain and doubly challenging to push to the highest level (bonus every month, 6 figure income). You need to be in good physical health; this is extremely physical work. Being outside in the weather or climbing all over buildings/in attics is not for the faint of heart or constitution. In fact, it is often flat out miserable. Must enjoy crappy pacific NW weather, and wear and tear on vehicle.
