Upper management is terrible, made the work environment high pressure for constant fear of being fired, even if you perform well and have a day where you don’t set an appointment. Also the company wants you to adopt their high pressure sales style which overminds and over powers the potential customers. This made canvassing hard because people where tired of the company because of the inconsiderate canvassing tactics.
