Pros
1) Leadership that cares about your growth 2) Company doesn't hesitate to pivot on a dime when presented with new information 3) New Opportunities are always around the corner as the company continues to grow 4) Strong emphasis on a positive workplace culture 5) Flexible Pay 6) Always looking for the next win 7) Community Outreach Programs 8) I've had my fair share of disconnects of understanding along the way, However, when I address the lack of understanding, I always felt my concerns were taken seriously and things have always improved for the better.
Cons
1) Growth is hard and not everyone is ready recognize they can always improve. I would've struggled had I started a few years prior 2) My office is cold I really don't have much to add. Growing pains aside, I am very proud of my journey thus far.
