Cons
Favoritism within the office is extreme. They will let you drown on your own until you quit if you fall behind. They will give you mostly trailer park leads if you aren’t doing well, making it extremely difficult to get back to the top. Management only cares about top performers. Certain teams get MUCH better opportunities than others as well, although they’ll deny it.
