      I’ve worked at DaBella for over 2 years. The thing that really keeps me coming back every day is the office culture. Leadership values mindset over skillset. There is a belief here that anything can be trained, coached, and learned so long as you have a teachable spirit and growth-focused mindset. Team members are not afraid to have direct, transparent conversations to help you improve and develop your career. You will always know exactly where you stand. In the 2 years I’ve been here, I’ve experienced a high level of personal and professional development because the team here truly cares about investing in themselves and in turn, each other. Multiple weekly team meetings centered around having growth conversations and how we can all work to improve. Leadership will always give it to you straight from any level, whether it’s C-suite or your direct supervisor. There’s no such thing as “behind the curtain” here. Home-improvement may be our industry, but we are really in the business of growing people & changing lives.

      Cons

      Systems and processes can change at the drop of a dime. Things tend to move very fast here. If you are looking for a predictable, unchanging job where you are expected to just do the same thing & stay in the same position forever, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      Unlimited Income potential, Paid training provided, Support & Growth opportunities. Never having done a sales position before, the training and support I have received has been instrumental to my own success here. The growth plan has helped me move forward with my career, and I am grateful for the help I have had to bring me to where I am today. I am excited about future opportunities I have with the company. The ability to provide for my family by helping homeowners take care of their home, and also training and mentoring others to take control of their income and help others provides extreme fulfillment for me.

      Cons

      Success is dependent on your effort. If you are willing to work harder than others, you will be more successful than others. It is a beautiful system, but if you are not willing to put in the effort most likely this is not the role for you. This job is an amazing opportunity for the right people, people who want to work hard, who have drive and want to be successful.
