- With remote, the company has lost their number one argument: the people culture - The roadmap is moving all the time, strategic priorities change to seek short term opportunities, at cost of delay long term investments - Operational process are not adapted for this company size, which make everything hard, painfull and long to be done - Sometime you get the feeling that decision making is not rational, but it is meant to please some people's ego
