There's a good balance of busy hours and slower ones to give you a mental and physical break throughout a shift. It's a relatively low stress job which makes for a healthier work environment.
Cons
The job is messy, so you and the work area will be covered in soft serve by the end of a shift, requiring constant cleaning. Generally, wage compared to other companies is not good at DQ, and there's hardly any room for professional improvement.
