Pros

The management team is top-notch, always keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technology in the industry, which allows employees to learn a lot and stay ahead of the curve. I appreciated the focus on ongoing learning and professional development, which helped me grow in my role. Overall, I would highly recommend Dakno Marketing to anyone looking for a stimulating and fulfilling work experience.

Cons

I don’t see any cons for working there. It’s the best honestly

Pros

Dakno is one of the best organized agencies I've worked with. Expectations are clear, tasks are assigned fairly, communication is great. The team is super easy to work with and always ready to jump in and help everyone out. It's a fantastic model for how to structure a remote team, and how to make sure everyone is working to their full potential. Management is also super welcoming and generous, and really went above and beyond to make me feel at home! You'll learn a lot here and get a good foundation on vertical marketing work in real estate. A tech background / basic website knowledge is super helpful.

Cons

Honestly none. I'm sort of shocked by the negative reviews. Maybe they stem from a cultural issue that has since been fixed? Or maybe it's people that took this on as a first job and didn't like the industry, but as someone who's pretty seasoned, I'm not sure what else they could find that's better or much different.

Pros

Not really sure what the pros are

Cons

They pay like a salary employee but you have to log your time like an hourly employee and they want every minute accounted for. It’s a salary job with none of the benefits of a salaried position. Sometimes with a salary job you have to work overtime but then there are other times were you may not have to work a full day, not at Dakno. They give you plenty of work so you pretty much always have to work over time but there is a never a time you get a day with a little less work. The pay is very low. You only get off 10 days a year, that is your vacation time and sick time, while the owner is constantly off.
