Low pay and long hours.

Good customer base. Lots of inventory turnover. Nicer facilities. Fun activities on a regular basis. GREAT employee discount. Never declined for time off requests.

Franchise location as with all H-D dealerships. Remote location from corporate office. Flooded sales floor with untrained and questionable employees. Out of touch with employee needs. Numerous short sighted decisions by management and ownership trying hard to fit into corporate model. Atrocious rate of turnover. Keeps employees who should go... Lets good employees die on the vine. The promotion system is baffling!
