Cattle call interview. Department managers each spoke about t heir opportunities to a room full of people ranging from seasoned pros to those who could barely string together a coherent sentence. No effort to guide applicants or assessing of talent was made during the process. Those who played "old school" and shook hands with the managers were called back.
