Pros
Modern office right in the center of Copenhagen. Subsidized lunches, free fruit and coffee. Highly competitive salaries, great pension plan. Big variety of perks and benefits, lots of social clubs and events.
Cons
Everything you do requires a special permission in the system, or needs to be either reviewed or approved by someone else. I get it, it's a financial institution with a lot of responsibility, but I refuse to believe that they couldn't make it more efficient. It's a huge corporation with thousands of employees, so it's easy to feel like an insignificant cog in a huge machine.
