Pros

Awesome work environment. Modern technology. Free snacks. Easy commute.

Cons

No work life balance. Training is one week( information overload) Once you finish training there isn’t a real training on the product you sale. Manager aren’t very helpful they prefer you to lean on your peers that barely know the product. If you catch on fast and are willing teach yourself you will be fine. Don’t rely on leadership. No room for promotion. If your able to switch depts you will not get paid more. Everyone has a different salary based on experience

Pros

Your colleagues are a very fun bunch and being situated in Shoreditch means you get to have a lot of fun. The company used to do retreats and occasional fun days for the employees, but these have now been cancelled.

Cons

Management seem to have got their entire approach from watching some TED talks and reading "how to manage for dummies" - the results being an inflexible, unaccommodating management that continually refuses to treat its employees with respect and instead expects them to all willingly submit to the cult of the CEO. Any hurdles that employees face are treated with accusations that they aren't trying hard enough/believe enough. This is accompanied by constant scrutiny over your every action. If only they applied this to the management then maybe they would be half useful! Speaking of, all management below the CEO don't have any idea what they're up to, and instead parrot anything coming down from top. Any sense of your line manager being on your side is dead in the water, which is a shame because when I started there were a couple of figures in management who were truly inspirational in their approach, but as time went on they continued to step further and further back from managing people and now are essentially robots. There is no faith that they will do anything to help, and there is a huge feeling of management vs. employees. There is an exploitation of the fact that most people working there are working for the first time and so don't have any comparison, and so injustices are sold to you as just part of the norm of the industry.
