Pros
AI is the current wave and DataRobot is definitely positioned as a big player. Because of that they are growing very fast which means they have completely transformed the culture and employee experience in just a couple years.
Cons
They are moving so fast. It's a double edged sword at this speed. Workload can be stressful and overwhelming at times, but nothing unmanageable as long as you have the understanding of how to manage your own time and responsibilities.
