Pros
People are great and talented. Everyone is smart and collaborative.
Cons
CEO and his team (C-levels there brought in from his former company) are not honest, nor competent to lead this company. Ever since the new CEO took over, the company has lost direction and is led by lawyers and lost the innovative spirit.
