1. Wasn't promised desired training (Was actually lied to) 2. Lack of climbing up the work ladder (Seen senior staff members stuck at same role for 4+ years) 3. "Flexible hours" were not flexible hours and had 12+ hour working days 4. High turnover, people were being fired every week after a month productive morale was gone 5.
