1. Decent pay 2. The company pays for expenses 3. Fairly friendly workers

1. Wasn't promised desired training (Was actually lied to) 2. Lack of climbing up the work ladder (Seen senior staff members stuck at same role for 4+ years) 3. "Flexible hours" were not flexible hours and had 12+ hour working days 4. High turnover, people were being fired every week after a month productive morale was gone 5. Terrible communication between clients and project management 6. Lack of trust and confidence between workers.
