Toxic work place with bullying rife Senior management have absolutely no idea how to run a business and hire their own friends to milk this company for every thing they can get out of it. No direction and no support from management. People are hired in senior roles that provide no value at all. People in general are treated very poorly with little to no compassion. Boys club mentally where they look after their own and destroy anyone in their path that dare question them. Processes and systems are archaic Good people see the light and leave or are forced to leave.
