1) Most of people were very nice especially Sam and Julia. However, when it comes to technical stuffs, this place would close down without Peter , so if you need help go to Peter to avoid wasting time. On the other hand, there are a few narcissistic individuals, quick words to the narcissists; it’s a glorified call center job mates, ur not special chill tf out.
2) The work. The work is easy, everything is documented so you will be ok in a month of training. However, dealing with the restarted ATO staffs is the hard part, most of the time they’re fine. But at least once a week, you are going to have to handle some of the most entitled idio t pric ks.
3) Management. If you hate micromanagement, DO NOT WORK HERE. You’d get monitored down to the minute, they scrutinise you work progress every single second in the day.
