      - Actively developing new software so lots of opportunity to build product - Casual culture with good work life balance - People are willing to teach so a really great place to learn - Company is growing so they're adding developers, support etc.

      Cons

      - you need to gain familiarity with software, accounting, and chemicals so can be a steep learning curve - the test they give you during the interview is tough!
