Pros; HR Rep is competant and responsive - asked to show something that I have worked on ie AI model or somethiing similar.
Cons: Models take awhile to build - non-proprietary. They were not expecting as detailed as the one I created... Classic overperforming an interview, they did not want a copy of it, I felt foolish spending so much time on something that was not even accounted for.

-There were large gaps in returns of communications, sometimes up to a week. Felt like being ghosted on two different occasions because of the lack of timely follow up
- The time proportion of spending 90 minutes on a project booked to present for 90 minutes was absurd. ended up spending about 7-8 hours to prepare and still only used about an hour.
-the project meeting pivoted into another round of interviewing which wasn't disclosed
-Very surprising timelines of up to another month to make a decision after completing all interview which wasn't disclosed in advance.
