We agreed to salary deductions during tough times trusting the company. Years later, the money is still unpaid with no updates, even though the company is running fine. It’s sad and unfair to employees who trusted them.

Overall company size is small They need to create trust in the market they need to get register to Financial Institution (bank/NBFCs) so employee can get fund for their need all are working from home so they should plan team get togethers There should be monthly company progress meetings.
