- open environment for collabs and learning. - work on various new things, and tech is constantly evolving - good work-life balance

sometimes, because it is a small team, you take on more responsibility (i see this as a pro, but i think some people would see this as a con)

1. Huge flexibility in time organization and your work management. 2. Paid vacations and official holidays. 3. Skilled colleagues. 4. Company would like to hear feedback from employers about work conditions. 5. The best thing is a pretty interesting subject area and challenging tasks. 6.Much PoC work that is quite interesting. Tasks are on the border of science and technology. 7. Company tends to provide the best work-life balance.
Cons
Some company practices may seem unusual. For example, no Git repository is provided for the PoC projects.
