Pros

- Innovative product - Great remote company culture - Teams (that I work with at least) have great people with great ideas and action - Ability to design solutions, get buy in, and implement them with little friction

Cons

Previous leadership was poor. They have all been fired and replaced. The board realized they were not leading us in the right direction and made the choice to replace them. This lead to 2 layoffs and decreased moral. Things are looking up now, but it is still work to keep the right direction.

Pros

* Differentiated technology platform with real-time intelligence capabilities, particularly in the physical security and threat detection space

Cons

* Frequent leadership changes have made it difficult to maintain consistent strategic direction * Company initiatives often reset before prior efforts fully mature, creating execution gaps * Senior leadership structure can feel top-heavy, which at times slows decision-making and accountability * Market positioning in cybersecurity may not be as strong or clearly differentiated as competitors * Organizational changes have led to disruption and uncertainty for employees during transition periods * In some cases, expectations during the hiring process did not fully align with the day-to-day reality of the role * Strategic messaging is strong, but execution and follow-through can lag behind stated priorities
