Pros

Flexible work arrangements Competitive benefits but some, like mental health days, can be hard to take depending on your manager Overall, colleagues are collaborative, smart, fun and respectful

Cons

Senior leadership still lacking in terms of transparency, failure to create and cascade strategy in timely manner and making organization too top heavy. Need more hires who can execute. Also, with one or two exceptions, the more senior hires do not have the experience needed to lead teams and effectively affect change management.

Pros

* Differentiated technology platform with real-time intelligence capabilities, particularly in the physical security and threat detection space

Cons

* Frequent leadership changes have made it difficult to maintain consistent strategic direction * Company initiatives often reset before prior efforts fully mature, creating execution gaps * Senior leadership structure can feel top-heavy, which at times slows decision-making and accountability * Market positioning in cybersecurity may not be as strong or clearly differentiated as competitors * Organizational changes have led to disruption and uncertainty for employees during transition periods * In some cases, expectations during the hiring process did not fully align with the day-to-day reality of the role * Strategic messaging is strong, but execution and follow-through can lag behind stated priorities
