Pros
The company culture is great if you like a fast paced and energetic environment. The work is challenging and can vary greatly from week to week which certainly helps to dispel any feeling of monotony. It's a great feeling knowing that the solutions we design and implement really make a positive impact on how people do business. In addition to all of this, the benefits are great and the opportunity for growth within the organization is excellent - that is, if you want to grow. Datix is one of the few companies I've working where I have a supervisor that genuinely cares about the well-being of his team. In my experience, this is difficult to find and make a huge difference in employee morale.
Cons
The work pace can be demanding from time to time however, I don't consider this a real con as long as you enjoy a challenge.
