I really like the management team as people. They are open and helpful in getting acclimated to the complicated ERP analysis and implementation world.

Cons

Despite rigorous P&P derived from the book Traction, it is a chaotic environment plagued by high client and employee turnover. Clients get frustrated when they need to adopt a third Datix implementation team. Also, some of clients would be better served by a custom application rather than ERP, but the sales team pushes for ERP for various corporate agendas.
