Pros

1. High ownership environment; individuals can take initiative 2. Exposure to meaningful business problems in a fast-paced setting

Cons

1. Direction is not always clear, and priorities can change frequently 2. Decisions can feel top-down, with limited input from teams 3. Sometimes solutions are applied broadly without fully considering different situations 4. Projects often start without clear validation, which can lead to rework 5. Focus can be more on fixing issues quickly rather than preventing them 6. Incentives are not always aligned with building long-term, scalable solutions

Pros

-Good stock/compensation -Leadership making smart decisions -I feel confident in the company's success -Fun company party one a year (is optional to attend)

Cons

-Your experience here will be wildly dependent on your manager. Culture / work load vary dramatically between teams -Expectations change frequently and are not always clear. You've got to be able to go with the flow. -Not a lot of upward growth. -If you cannot clearly measure your impact you likely won't last long. I personally think this is a good thing for the longevity of the company, but it can be emotionally draining.

Pros

Remote-friendly culture and Company wide holiday week.

Cons

Leadership has become increasingly focused on a narrow set of priorities, leaving many teams under resourced and contributing to the loss of strong talent. AI has become a major focus, but there is a lack of experienced leadership to provide clear direction and set realistic priorities. Too many AI initiatives receive support WITHOUT sufficient technical scrutiny, resulting in significant investment with limited measurable impact. Significant resources have been invested in AI infrastructure, while data quality receives far less attention. Too often, the company forgets a fundamental principle of AI: garbage in, garbage out.
