      Pros

      I am new to the company but so far I really like what I am experiencing! The company is growing rapidly and the CEO and upper level management seems to understand exactly what they are doing. The are strong leaders. They are investing millions into the company so that we can stay ahead of the competition. I love the there is leadership but I don't have someone watching over everything I do all the time. I have freedom and flexibility to do make changes and implement new ideas. So far I love this job!

      Pros

      I worked at DaySmart for almost a year and loved the company while I was there. The people I worked with while I was there were absolute hard working sweethearts, fantastic to work with and very technically competent. I wish them all the absolute best of luck in the future.

      Cons

      Unfortunately I had to leave for personal reasons, but DaySmart is definitely headed in a positive direction vs some of the older reviews here on glassdoor.

      Toxic and unrewarding work environment. They could not care less about their employees, and they don’t hesitate to show it.
