      able to work independently with able to work life balance.

      1) Leaders are not authentic - saying one thing and doing one thing. 2) saying ppl first, but however, put ppl in cold storage and doesnt give empowerment.

      Pros

      Dayforce has a lot of great perks. They are a cutting-edge HCM company and are always innovating. They are 100% remote and are great with work-life balance. Pay and benefits are good, and I would put them slightly above average in both.

      Cons

      Work can be too siloed at times, and top-down plans are not always communicated as efficiently as they could be.

      Pros

      Some of the team members are fantastic. Great PTO policy. Wonderful Customer events.

      Cons

      No one sees the fantastic employees So much change without time to set proper plans in motion. Change management is non existent.
