      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Bosses (Quinn Longbothum and Elizabeth Hern) were kind, supportive, offered lots of autonomy on projects, and took my advice seriously, coworkers were very kind as well.

      Cons

      Since it's been acquired by Cox Automotive, new employees have to go through and obnoxious, over-the-top, corny as hell, onboarding process. Everything negative I could say about Dealer.com is a result of the higher-ups at Cox, not Dealer.com itself.
