Pros

- Hard working and generally very nice people who get on and support each other - Product has huge amount of potential in a fast-growing market - Massive global customers that want Decibel to be a success - Company cares about work/life balance - Company genuinely cares about customers - Recently received investment and seem to be channelling it in the correct areas

Cons

- Lack of execution on product strategy although currently refocusing on this - Some lack of market awareness. - Feeling that VPs sometimes care more about politics than collaboration, this filters down to employees and can create silos between teams. Not always enough communication between departments.

Pros

- Passionate about technology. - People are interested in finding the best solution, and not the most favorited one. - Constructive criticism. - Ben and management seems to genuinely care about employees. - Allows flexibility with schedule around life events.

Cons

- Communication between London and other locations could use some work. - The company is getting to the point where there needs to be a little bit more structured management. This is tough to balance, though. - Tech documentation is lackluster in most places. This is acknowledged by management, though a better home and a stronger push for it would be good.

Pros

It's a colourful group with a lively culture. Their compensation packages are market rate and they really are trying to hire for talent. They have a ton of resources and tools to help you be successful. If you are used to the fast-paced startup life, you can thrive by being proactive about your own success here. This, of course, is a pro and a con. Like any startup, "forced fun" is real. Many extroverts find these outings enjoyable.

Cons

- The company has offices around the world that seem to be esteemed differently. - Some of the executives are truly... faking it til they make it. - They are not transparent or organized - They are not agile across the company
