      I Worked at deepend for over 3 years, i loved every minute of it. Having worked at a number of agencies since my time at deepend, in reflection i can say deepend has by far the greatest collection of talent under one roof. Deepend strive to create a family like environment and always encourage people to develop their skills with new projects for clients or personal development such as training. I grew rapidly during my time at Deepend in all aspects of my skills, from technical skills to being able to present to clients.       Deepend is a great place to work: - Varied clients: Can work across a range of verticals, with various types of projects and engagements. - GREAT co-workers: Deepend is like a family. Every day in the office is a good day. - Agency Agile: Empowering every individual throughout the agency, maximising output efficiency - Small enough that you get to work closely with everyone, including the owners (huge mentoring potential); big enough that you will get to continuously build on career highlights.

      Like every agency, there are some internal office politics. However, everyone is quite good at airing these out.

      the staff were nice to get a long with and some social events

      Cons

      no hr department, no opportunity to grow, very low pay for the amount of work you do, did the job of 3 people for absolutely peanuts
