Can't find any at the moment.

Office is currently too small for the amount of people working, not to mention the lack of windows. There's not enough toilets, so there's always a queue, and they get blocked regularly, making the office smell like sewers. Considered a visitor when we need to go in the other office, even just for a meeting (even though it's still supposed to be the same company). Managers are never in, and when they are they always leave early. Never helpful. Some also just spend the whole day playing games, while everyone can see it. There is no communication between the managers and the employees, and they're always avoiding any sort of confrontation. They would rather lie to your face and think you're an idiot. Different rules apply to different people, regarding promotions, raises, or even working hours (some people being allowed to work less than others for no reason). Hard work is not encouraged nor rewarded. The ones working the hardest are always asked to work more, whilst other can just get away with doing nothing all day. Only those who are friends with management will get some sort of opportunity. Instead of trying to solve the existing issues, they just buy us some Tesco cupcakes or give a random member of staff a bottle of champagne whenever an issue is being raised.

The Customer Support department holds weekly team meetings, which are additional to our business monthly breakfasts, where the managers give business updates to all employees. We also strongly encourage internal mobility with guidelines for the process available to all employees. Some recent examples of such include, Customer Support Coordinators promoted to Associate Managers and Community Managers. Our peer recognition award (bottle of champagne) is given out every month to 2 employees which have been nominated by their colleagues to celebrate and recognise their hard work.
