Pros

There is a real opportunity to make an impact. If you bring ideas and genuinely want to improve things, you can influence processes and projects in a meaningful way. The company is large enough for your work to matter, but still small enough that your voice can be heard. Leadership is generally accessible and communication tends to be open and direct. Management is approachable, and discussions are usually transparent, which helps build trust across teams. Finally, the international environment provides valuable exposure. Collaboration across different countries gives you broader perspective and the opportunity to work with diverse teams and approaches.

Cons

Career progression into senior leadership roles can be limited. The company is stable and not scaling aggressively, which means that vertical growth opportunities are naturally less frequent and moving into higher management positions can take time.
