Defend Insurance Group interview questions

Just send you CV and hr contact you very fast after that, interview process is straightforward, you just meet with the line manager and HR, afterwards they let you know if you are accepted or not, I did not have to wait too long for that

First interview was more of a screening over the phone and the “real” one was face to face. They were open to questions and conversation but mostly described their expectations. Everything was clear. However when given salary expectations they agreed it would be doable but later on after the interview gave a number just right below. For the interview be prepared to describe in detail ur skills and ability to work Excel. Be honest because they’ll verbally test you (a bit). Overall they just want to hear about your experience and what makes you interested in the role.
