      Great work-life balance. Management truly cares about their staff and wants to see them succeed professionally AND personally. I couldn't be happier with the company and the trajectory of my career at Defibtech.

      - Good people; - important products that saves lives - Supportive environment - Generous PTO of 5 weeks for everyone and 1 week off for Christmas

      Cons

      - Uncertain future. Not sure where the company is headed. A lot of managerial turnover, including the sudden loss of President and director of Ops. - Risk averse culture. - Bureaucratic.
