- Consistent transparency from Executive Leadership - Surveys on a regular basis into the employee base to glean preferences (topics ranging from benefits to company changes to new ideas for change) - Excellent structure for promotion and professional growth
Cons
- Some employee workloads render the Flexible Time Off policy to not be beneficial yet, but I'm aware that steps are being taken to mitigate this
