      Location Pay is pretty consistent with industry - for certain departments

      Leadership does not know how to lead. Senior leadership applies the fake-it-till-you-make it personality: Just ask a vp or svp industry trends and you'll get a blank stare. Don't ya think those above you should know about their industry?

      Free parking and flexible hours.
