Pros
Brilliant people within store settings. Quality of products improving. Plenty of opportunity to progress which is brilliant for those who wish to progress their career however the opportunities are not all led by growth but in fact employee turnover which leaves a bitter taste.
Cons
Very micromanaging led from the very top within the UK. Absurd expectations regarding hours to be worked especially around season stock rotation. 40 hour contract in reality this will be nothing like with no renumeration nor time back, in fact the only time 40 hours seems to be processed correctly is during annual leave.
