Pros
Not many. You get paid your biweekly hourly wage. Annndddd that’s about it. They brag about bonuses but refuse to pay them even if you hit goal. Temp job for sure don’t expect to advance or grow or get a raise or promotion. Not even if you work there for the next 20 years. Zero room for growth. Can’t even find pros about this company to talk about to be honest.
Cons
Human Resources are a joke, subpar compensation, brag about possibility to bonus, but your pay structure makes that impossible. Then when you do hit your bonus and have an absolutely incredible month, they say you are still in “training” and refuse to give you the bonus you earned. I Collected on 180 Thousand dollars and was refused even a first level bonus even though my goal was only 30 thousand. I could go on and on about the negatives of this job about the horrible training, how they can never keep a training class filled (they quit within the first 3 days) You get yelled at, cursed at on a regular basis if a collection doesn’t happen or if an error is made, and constantly worry about your job security because your manager is constantly threatening you with a write up (das) for the slightest error on a call. It is outbound collections/sales calls. No inbound to boost revenue at all. And if an inbound call does come in it gets siphoned off to those with a higher level of seniority than yourself. If you need a job for a few months this is the one for you!
