Defies the stereotypical agency set up - MarTech DemandLab Employee Review

Hello, thank you for providing your feedback here. We are likely slower to hire than most agencies because of the quality of work we are expected to provide our clients, who are typically very large enterprises or Fortune 500 companies. It's true that we have a pretty rigorous process that we are frequently reviewing to find ways to get candidates through faster. In the last 5 months we've brought on over 20 team members in various roles, regions, skill levels to support our growth. There is a timeframe for benefits to be rolled out (based on BCBS, not DemandLab), and there is a short wait period to qualify for the 401K program I believe this should be taken care of by now, I would really appreciate it if you would email or message me directly so we can meet to discuss what happened and talk about your recommendations.
