I admire supervisors do a good job, showing respect for the individual, value your work and realize the dedication and commitment you give to the company, and they have the ability to create a festive atmosphere in all the hard work to be performed.

Kitchen staff, I have not memorized their name yet, but their are awesome too.
I would like to use the time to highlight a co workers waiters & waitress I have noticed Luis Lazo, Andres, Jackeline, Janiel, and some others they do an outstanding job, great crew!!
Cons
Every job has its casualties, issues, "bumpy roads" but when you have a good team leader supporting you that minimizes.
