You get to travel, offices are beautiful, you get discounts at beautiful hotels

Management is disorganized and often in competition with one another instead of working together as a unit for the benefit of the company. People who work here talk bad about the company often so you don't feel motivated to stay. Discounts at hotels or comp nights are supposed to be a perk but the actual chance of having them approved are low. There is a culture that prioritizes those who are "cool" and fit the mold vs those who are dedicated and efficient.

I had a fantastic experience working as an intern at Design Hotels. The people are open and approachable, the culture is excellent, and it's very diverse with nice employee benefits.

There weren't many open positions afterwards.
