Pros

- Great, supportive culture - Really good work/life balance - Extremely smart and kind peers - Great place to learn and build experience - It's a global company, so there are opportunities to work out of other offices or collaborate with them - A lot of vacation days - Office: free food 3x week, breakfast every day, free coffee and drinks

Cons

- Benefits could be better, specifically health insurance - Clients can be hit or miss in terms of variety of work and interesting projects

Hello there, colleague. Thanks for taking time out of your busy day to tell us how you feel about being part of the Designit family. It warms our hearts to hear that people, our global presence and development opportunities all features on your “yay list” as we think those are important parts of our DNA. We have been reviewing our benefits packages across all offices and will see what changes we can make to improve in that area. As we continue to grow in the US, we will keep getting exciting projects in, so we hope we’re able to keep you on your toes

The leadership team is supportive, and they actively encourage open communication and fresh ideas. The work environment is inclusive, with a real focus on work-life balance. Pros

Smart people, used to be a boutique and really cool, interesting, and fun creative agency.

Cons

Lost its way, pursuing work for the cheapest amount, sacrificing quality, relationships, and integrity with promises to clients.
