Pros
You are surrounded by smart, friendly, accomplished people who want to see you succeed. Everyone is helpful and supportive. Everyone works remotely. The company always seems to be trying to improve. I've never had any complaints, but I feel like if I had an issue, I could comfortably raise it and would be listened to. There are many learning/sharing opportunities in-house. I'm sure if there is a topic you want to know more about, you could find someone here who is knowledgeable about it and would help you dive in.
Cons
Not much interesting work happening. The issue is probably better expressed as–not enough work for the number of employees they have. As a lower-level employee, you're pretty micro-managed. Not necessarily a "con", just depends on what you're looking for and what works best for you. Again not a con, just something to think about – this is a large multi-discipline agency. It's a different approach than a small /focused studio or in-house team to building experiences or products. Depending on what you're looking for, this is either a welcome sigh of relief or like you turned down the wrong corner and are desperately for an exit.
