Pros

Still some great people and designers remaining...some good leaders at the director and lead levels...people who know what good work is and want to work collaboratively and help clients.

Cons

Wipro management says good words about intentions and goals but their actions are all about short sighted and unrealistic demands. This has undercut all efforts to build a good company in North America. Since the merger with a marketing company, Designit leadership has had no idea what the company sells or how to create a realistic competitive offering in the marketplace. Being an end-to-end, onshore, design delivery big-box discount store is not an idea that intelligent or experienced leaders would come up with. Little wonder because the leaders seem to be hired for their ability to craft a personal persona and a seemingly empathetic message with nothing behind either. They generally hire the wrong people for the wrong reasons and promote and punish based on a designer's willingness to "get along" with management. Skill, quality of work and creativity are ignored.

Pros

I've had the pleasure of working at Designit for 3 years, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The company truly values creativity, collaboration, and personal growth. The leadership team is supportive, and they actively encourage open communication and fresh ideas. The work environment is inclusive, with a real focus on work-life balance. If you're looking for a company that invests in its people, promotes creativity, and gives you the freedom to grow, I highly recommend Designit!

Pros

Smart people, used to be a boutique and really cool, interesting, and fun creative agency.

Cons

Lost its way, pursuing work for the cheapest amount, sacrificing quality, relationships, and integrity with promises to clients.
